On Saturday, January 11th, 2014 at 12pm there will be a Castro area tenants convention at the LGBT Community Center (1800 Market Street).

Brought to you by Housing Rights Committee of SF, AIDS Housing Alliance, Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club and District 8 Democrats, this Castro Tenants Convention aims to "come up with strategies for fighting the evictions in our neighborhood and defend those who are being evicted, for stopping gentrification of our gayborhoods and the displacement of so many people, and for educating tenants about their rights and how they can fight when threatened with eviction."
