Jadon Sancho, the “troublemaker” who moved to Chelsea this season, has returned to training.

European soccer transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano said on Wednesday (Korea time) that Sancho returned to training sessions with the Chelsea squad after being sidelined due to illness. Sancho will be able to play again after the A-match period.

Chelsea has maintained its upward trajectory this season by ranking third in the English Premier League under Enzo Maresca. Sancho, who joined Chelsea ahead of this season, was also a key player for Maresca but was absent recently due to injury.

England striker Sancho is from Manchester City youth team. After moving to Dortmund in 2017, Sancho scored 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 matches during his four years with Dortmund and acquired Bundesliga help king in 2018-19.

Ahead of the 2021-22 season, Sancho wore a United jersey. Manchester United reached out to Sancho for as long as two years, paying a transfer fee of 85 million euros (W114.1 billion).
