Who doesn’t love a good bowl of pho? When executive chef Truc Tran and Bao Phan (cousins) moved to the Castro District, they noticed something was missing — a spot to get great Vietnamese food!
So the two cousins (who are also best friends) opened Zadin — which means "family" in Vietnamese.
