Tis the season for sparkling lights and stocking stuffers!! And no, we aren't talking about squeezing yourself into a pair of light-up tights with their own battery pack. It's time for Christmas drag shows, kiddos!

Some of our favorite drag shows are popping up in the month of December--some are new, others have become staples on our holiday go-see list. Here are a few can't-miss drag shows to catch this December.

The Kinsey Sicks-- The "raunchy R-rated romp" returns with "Oy Vey in a Manger." There mix of "Jew and Gentile" humor is sure to give you a chuckle as a quartet of friends try to, well, sell off their manger! Bianca Del Rio-- Feeling like a bit of a humbug? Make a date with "Ru Paul's Drag Race" winner Bianca Del Rio for the Christmas edition of "Rolodex of Hate." THe evening of naughty humor includes friends Pippi Lovestocking and is emceed by--who else--Peaches Christ.

Katya-- I guess when you're crowned "Best Drag Act" by the Bay Guardian (2008) it makes perfect sense that your public demands an annual performance. Such is the case for the Countess Katya Smirnoff-Skyy in the return of "Katya... a Holiday Spectacular!" The award-winning show is billed for a two-night affair at Feinstein's at the Nikko.

Golden Girls-- The fact this thee "Golden Girls Christmas Episodes" has become a San Francisco holiday staple makes us so excited that we can hardly stand it. But there are a couple tweeks to this holiday's escapades that will surely get you in the holiday spirit. First of all, there are new "episodes" this season! (Talk about taking a successful page out of the "Beach Blanket Babylon" book.)
